Some of the rats are leaving voluntarily, I'm hoping some of the others will up and die, is that wrong?
Wow, that's a long list. I'm afraid, though, that all those people will probably just become lobbyists :)

Lobbyists, governors, CEOs, etc.. That is why I am waiting for them to die, so I can gloat. Is that wrong?
Well I'll be damned. A country song that speaks against the evil doer. Actually, John Prine has a great song about 'some cowboy in Texas'.
Thanks for sharing.
Edgar, rather than waiting for them to die, why not run for office yourself and be the change? I know. It's not that easy, but if you have great ideas to change our mess of a government, and your ideas are logical, proactive, peaceful and help move our country into a more progressive place, well then . . . run for office! I personally don't have a list of brilliant ideas, or those I do have would take major restructuring of our system--a skill not currently in my repetoire.

Thanks Noelle! If the country were made up of people like you I might consider it. Alas, my countrymen aren't worthy of good representation.

Dude, the country IS made up of people like her... and us. Take a look at any polls -- most people want an end to the war, universal health care, alternative energy, jobs kept in the US, etc. etc. etc. We just need leadership!
P.S. don't forget "Rebuild America First" by Merle Haggard! Apparently he's played another one in concert praising Hillary.
The clintons sold us out to the chinese. We should sell New Hampshire to the chinese too. What we have is a country full of New Hampshireans and a few pissed off bloggers, that's about it. I visited a friend today who sits all day in front of faux snooze, he recites it too. That's America t.l., you should take a look around.
